Unicorn Coin

Can you help me identify a part that I found?
It is an Asian currency. In front is a man in army uniform. He shows his profile. He also has something written on his forehead. On the back it has what looks like a castle with a shield in front of her and unicorns (eg time) at his side?
This could be a currency of Taiwan with Chiang Kai Shek image of a side and rear is a deer, not a unicorn. I do not know for sure, has many who have not had one in my hand, just to buy beer Taiwan.
